About the role

CHANEL seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory flow in the boutique, ensuring seamless client experience and compliance with brand standards.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to the client
• Process received stock and record it into the system
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards
• With direction of Inventory Supervisor and Ops Lead, execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory
• Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to move heavy items (lifting, pulling, and pushing items up to 25 lbs.)
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Required in‑store presence for opening and closing, receiving inventory, and shipping product to support sales

• Base salary range: $25.50 – $27.50 per hour
• Variable pay, bonus potential, and other perks may apply
