Our fresh food associates keep our freezers, coolers, and deli stocked and ensure a safe, sanitary environment. In the deli department, you will provide front‑line customer service, helping members find and purchase items with a friendly smile.

• Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies: receive and stock merchandise, set up and clean displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, locate merchandise, assist purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
• Follow food‑handling policies: operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow Cold Chain procedures; clean freezer/cooler/deli areas; monitor fan, drains, and door operation; report issues.
