We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced pawn shop environment. The role provides a structured career path, competitive pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. Urgently hiring immediately.

• Greet and interact with customers in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, cashier, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive, outgoing personality.

Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and ultimately to Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program to run your own store.
