Aerie - Stock Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• You’re passionate about brand standards and keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• You keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, develop a game‑plan, and take action to correct it.
• You help teammates with non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests whenever needed.
• You prioritize safety, follow Asset Protection standards, and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
• You have flexible availability – early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
