** THE JOB:
** We’re looking for a Lead Retail Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience  this role, you’ll support daily store operations, assist guests with a warm and professional approach, and help ensure the store remains organized, fully stocked, and on-brand. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to lead by example will help create memorable moments for our guests well beyond their stay.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $19.50    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
* Achieve store goals
* Assist Sales Associates with questions
* Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
* Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
* Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** 1+ years of prior relevant experience in retail
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be 21 years of age or older
