The starting rate: $23.7183 USD hourly.

The day-to-day:

• De-bones, trims and grinds meats.
• Prepares all specified items.
• Cuts and portions all poultry, fish, and meats.
• Assists Head Butcher with all preparation of all meat, fish and fowl.
• Keeps areas and equipment clean, including all walk-ins and reach-ins within the Butcher shop.
• Maintains safety and health department standards

The ideal candidate:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience similar position preferred
