Summary

The Visual Merchandising Associate will ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories at the City Center store. This full-time role supports business strategy and enhances the client experience through window installations, interior merchandising, and event-related displays. The position requires attention to brand standards and daily visual maintenance to uphold the store presentation.

• Create and install window displays and special event presentations.
• Execute interior merchandising implementation and maintain store zoning.
• Perform day-to-day visual maintenance checks to ensure presentation standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to prepare for events and merchandising changes.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of brand standards across all visual elements.

• Proven experience in a visual merchandising role with strong visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies, window installations, and special events.
• Experience working with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams and stakeholders.
