You will support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and create memorable customer experiences. This role includes leadership responsibilities such as coaching team members and managing in-store performance.
The ideal candidate should have 1 year of retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. Working hours will be flexible, including nights and weekends.
