Client Advisor - Las Vegas City Center

Summary

The Client Advisor acts as a trusted ambassador of the brand, delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. This role focuses on cultivating meaningful client relationships, leveraging product expertise and selling ceremonies, and contributing to overall boutique performance through a client-centric approach. The Client Advisor supports boutique excellence through merchandising, stock management, and adherence to store procedures.

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focused on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators such as sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
• Deliver exceptional client service in person, by phone, and via electronic communication; set appointments and follow up with clients
• Leverage product knowledge and brand storytelling to create personalized client experiences and styling recommendations
• Support floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and boutique presentation
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques, process charge‑send sales, and participate in inventory and cycle counts
• Follow store security procedures and assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases when necessary

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills to develop lasting client relationships
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate necessary equipment including phone systems, cash register, sensor‑tag remover, and computers
• Can stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs
