Luxury Retail Sales Associate - 2021

We are currently seeking a Luxury Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Hourly pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 plus commission up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.96 per hour on top of the hourly rate.

Deliver a high‑end retail experience while supporting both retail and lending operations. Engage customers seeking luxury merchandise, provide expert product knowledge, and maintain elevated merchandising standards.

• Deliver a polished, hospitality‑driven customer experience.
• Engage customers with product expertise and personalized recommendations.
• Support sales of luxury items including fine jewelry, designer brands, and collectible merchandise.
• Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to showcase high‑value inventory.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• May be asked to assist customers on the exterior of the building or retrieve products stored in exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office equipment.
