Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Wash Attendant. The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Greet customers and assist them with selecting the appropriate car wash service
• Operate car wash equipment and machinery effectively and safely
• Perform thorough pre-wash inspections on vehicles to identify any existing damage
• Use cleaning agents and tools to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from vehicles
• Dry vehicles using towels or air drying equipment
• Perform additional services such as waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning as requested by customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain a secure cash register
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  Knowledge of car wash equipment and cleaning techniques preferred
