Mitigate theft and fraud in high-shortage areas of the store while promoting a safe and secure store environment;
Assist in training and development of the Shortage Control Associates;
Identify and report theft incidents and drive shortage education and awareness to all associates;
Provide internal controls and operational oversight including conducting associate package/bag checks, monitoring point of sale transactions, and promoting Asset Protection programs;
Network with local law enforcement as directed and support evidence gathering for large scale or organized retail crime
