Retail Training Manager - West

Summary

The Retail Training Manager - West, based in Las Vegas, will design, deliver, and implement selling ceremony and behaviors training across the Western market. The role executes instructor-led and eLearning programs, assesses regional training needs, and partners with retail leadership to improve KPIs and ensure a consistent client experience. Significant travel throughout the West market is required to support implementation and measure training effectiveness.

• Support and execute training strategies within the West market to improve KPIs and client experience
• Implement instructor-led and eLearning courses per corporate directives
• Perform assessments to identify regional training needs and develop solutions
• Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to content development
• Create training decks for morning briefings and store activities
• Coach and train sales associates through on-the-floor observation and feedback
• Collaborate with Retail Area Directors and training leadership to measure initiative success

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a formalized retail training role
• Luxury retail and client-facing retail experience preferred
• Experience planning and managing small and large-scale training events
• Strong technical aptitude (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems)
• Ability to manage and work within a travel budget; up to 30-40% travel required
• Authorized to work in the United States
