We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic‑minded, pop‑culture driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll play a huge part in our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and helping merchandise the store in a visually appealing way—all while being hyper‑focused on the in‑store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, using product knowledge and customer experience skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register—process sales transactions and drive add‑on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including the store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to ensure there is no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft.
• Support the maintenance of the store; keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Love communicating and working as a team to get the job done.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Pay range starting at $10.00 per hour.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• Must be at least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.
• Avenger‑like collaboration and communication skills.
• Typical retail skills: navigate the store, merchandise product with approved equipment, and pack or unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
