Provide best-in-class guest service and greeting guests; respond to questions and concerns promptly and courteously.;
Assist guests with meeting video gaming needs and inform about promotions and loyalty programs.;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for store associates.;
Process guest purchases and returns using POS system accurately and efficiently.;
Ensure store is clean, organized, merchandised, and aligned with company policies; support inventory control and loss prevention.
