Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting, and follow up when Store Manager is not present.;
Schedule and staff the store, recruit and train store personnel, and enforce company policies.;
Lead customer experience and address feedback, escalations, and promotions of membership programs to customers in-store.;
Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance in line with brand standards and operate store technology and equipment
