  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,
  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service,
  • Product Knowledge: understand the purposes, properties, quality, care, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers,
  • Conduct full pre-sale preparation of products, arranging and displaying goods according to PUMA VM Standards, and maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards,
  • Optimize product presentation, arranging and displaying products in a way that highlights their features and benefits, creating attractive and engaging displays that draw customers' attention and encourage them to make purchases,
  • Effectively communicate with VM PNA in order to ensure Retail projects and initiatives are time managed and critical deliverables are achieved,
  • Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to General Manager, Merchandising and Allocations teams,
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance,
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
  • Responsible for handling and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise,
  • Manage/communicate and execute all event opportunities in partnership with the Marketing Manager,
  • Manage and maintain all sports interactive activation zones within the store,
  • Effectively manage all aspects of the permanent customization area within the store to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience,Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays;
  • 3 - 5 years of visual merchandising coordinating experience,
  • Strong experience in customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear),
  • Proven multi-disciplinary understanding including design fundamentals for visual presentation, presentation design, visual merchandising and ability to execute floor sets with an attention to detail,
  • Proven ability in project management,
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present information to large groups,
  • Ability to learn quickly,
  • Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, and retail software
  • The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $65,000-$80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
