• Work with sales teams to develop effective product placement strategies
• Regularly visit assigned retail stores to ensure proper display and stocking of products
• Implement planograms to maintain consistent product placement across different stores
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock products as needed
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create attractive displays and promotions for new or seasonal products
• Build relationships with store managers to negotiate optimal product placement and displays
• Train store employees on the proper handling and merchandising of products
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, buying trends, and product performance

• Proven experience as a retail merchandiser or similar role
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented with a creative eye for design
• Familiarity with market trends and competitor strategies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
