Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor wearing a company vest and attire, deterring theft and monitoring safety issues.;
Greet customers and assist with questions, providing courteous service and building positive relationships with the store team.;
Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for theft indicators, communicating findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss-prevention best practices.;
Support compliance with Loss Prevention directives and maintain a professional store presence.
