Luxury Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-Site at Premier Resort & Casino)

Position Type: Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales

Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped monthly commissions

Store hours are:

• Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a part-time position
. Candidates must be available to work at least two (2) days per week
, with additional availability strongly preferred. Scheduling is based on business needs, and candidates with greater flexibility will be given priority.

We're opening three brand-new luxury retail boutiques inside one of Las Vegas's most prestigious resort and casino destinations. These stores will feature an exclusive collection of Swiss timepieces, fine jewelry, luxury handbags, and other premium accessories.

We're looking for polished, relationship-driven sales professionals who thrive in luxury retail environments and enjoy delivering exceptional client experiences. Whether your expertise is in Swiss watches, fine jewelry, luxury handbags, or other high-end retail, this is an opportunity to represent world-renowned brands while building a rewarding commission-based career.

• $20/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission paid from your first dollar sold:
• $500 sign-on bonus ($250 paid after 30 days and an additional $250 after successfully completing 90 days)
  Sell prestigious luxury brands in one of the highest-profile retail environments in Las Vegas
• Strong opportunity to maximize earnings through high-value sales

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with fine jewelry, Swiss watches, luxury handbags, or other premium products
• Knowledge of luxury Swiss watch brands such as Rolex, Omega, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and similar brands is highly desirable
• Proven success in a commission-driven sales environment
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional communication and presentation
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-traffic luxury retail environment

• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience through consultative selling
• Develop lasting relationships with new and repeat luxury clientele
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of luxury watches, fine jewelry, and other premium merchandise
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and daily store operations
