• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers and colleagues in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Follow written or oral instructions with common sense.
• Perform frequent lifts up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds, and routine lifting up to 45 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Assist customers with friendly, courteous service.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays; fill, rotate, and restock items.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending, stooping, standing, walking, kneeling, and routine visual and auditory tasks.

Under direct supervision of the Grocery Manager, the Grocery Clerk will help maintain a clean, organized store environment and provide positive customer experiences.
