Summary

The Client Advisor represents the Brand and delivers an exceptional luxury customer experience, guiding clients into the world of the brand and building long-term relationships. The role focuses on maximizing individual and team sales through personalized service, discovery of client needs, and an omnichannel approach.

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence in-store according to the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, supporting cross-channel client engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service, foster constructive communication, and support a positive working environment.
• Actively engage in cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, brand and product information.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
• Ensure high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display, following operational and stock procedures.
• Contribute to store security and be attentive to preventing product theft.

• Passion for selling and for working in a retail store environment.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
• Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required and additional languages are a plus.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, results-driven mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the product category managed.
