Client Advisor, Las Vegas City Center

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury customer service, builds and maintains client relationships, and works to maximize individual and team sales. This role supports the omni-channel client journey, promotes product and brand knowledge, and upholds store standards and security.

• Create a welcoming environment and provide an excellent in-store customer experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling across departments.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client journey.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop floor presentation, stock procedures, and loss prevention.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and liaise with management when necessary.

• Passion for selling and for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering personalized service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach to problem solving.
• Solid product knowledge of the managed category and awareness of fashion trends and competitors.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
