Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is a part-time retail sales role responsible for driving client development and achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets at the Wynn Las Vegas store. The role sets the standard for customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence and will oversee store operations and staff in the absence of management. This position requires flexibility to work varied schedules, participate in events, and support store projects.

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage client relationships and communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and inventory standards.
• Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Support operational tasks, special events, and projects (e.g., sample sales, physical inventory).
• Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a boutique or high-end retail environment with client-focused sales.
• Ideally has an established clientele following.
• Availability for variable scheduling including weekends and seven-day operation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and professional composure.
