Selling Supervisor, Fashion Show

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability
• Effectively manage and supervise the store team
• Implement company programs, policies, and procedures
• Proactively respond to business trends and needs
• Act as a positive role model representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values
• Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills
• Take ownership of visual, merchandising, and operations responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager
• Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities and make short-term decisions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Perform omnichannel services and initiatives
• Report to the Store Manager

• Fashion industry trend and product knowledge
• Strong client relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide a world‑class customer experience
