Assistant Store Manager - Fontainebleau

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas boutique in overseeing day-to-day store operations, driving sales performance, and upholding brand standards. The role focuses on coaching and developing the sales team, managing customer relationships, and contributing to recruiting and training efforts.

• Support store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team members to meet individual goals
• Maximize business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy
• Coach and mentor retail associates to develop competencies and improve sales
• Monitor client books and partner with staff to propose action plans
• Assist with recruiting, maintaining a pool of potential candidates, and facilitating new hire induction and training
• Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
• Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office management
• Maintain a fair and respectful work environment for all associates

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with organizational awareness and flexibility
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of brand philosophy
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Available to work closing shifts at least 3 times per week, a minimum of 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the holiday season
• Ability to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs
