Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Lead role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Lead is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising the sales floor, and maintaining visual standards that align with Hurley’s brand. The role includes guiding and coaching team members, assisting with scheduling and task delegation, and ensuring excellent customer service that reflects Hurley’s inclusive and positive culture.

The Lead will help manage inventory processes, monitor sales goals, and communicate feedback and updates to store leadership. This position may require flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments, with skills in customer service, sales support, and relationship building.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities, including coaching peers, delegating tasks, and supporting a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Operational skills such as cash handling, point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Visual merchandising and brand presentation skills, with attention to detail and an understanding of lifestyle or fashion retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Demonstrated reliability, time management, and the ability to work part-time, on-site in Las Vegas, NV with a flexible schedule.
• Interest in surf, skate, music, art, or youth culture, and alignment with Hurley’s values of creativity and positivity.
• Previous experience in a lead or keyholder role is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
