Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is a store-based sales leader responsible for driving sales and client development while upholding visual merchandising and operational standards. The role sets the example for customer service excellence and, when senior management is absent, oversees store operations and staff. The position requires strong client relationship skills and availability for variable scheduling in a seven-days-a-week retail environment.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, managing ongoing communication and outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and set the standard for client experience and store presentation.
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store and complete associated procedures and operational tasks.
• Support special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
• Assist with store-level operational duties and support team members as needed.
• Oversee store and staff responsibilities in the absence of Store Management.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high-end goods and serving clientele-oriented sales.
• Ideally possesses a cultivated and established clientele following.
• Availability for open scheduling in a market with seven-day operations, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated independent work ethic, time management, and integrity.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve concerns courteously and professionally.
