The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, and sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and support an inclusive team environment.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and products through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
