Summary
The Support Ambassador helps deliver an inspiring, personalized shopping experience and supports store sales and profit performance. This full-time, customer-focused role contributes to store initiatives, client engagement, and consistent brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Support sales goals, company initiatives, and team training.
- Engage customers and strengthen client connections through in-store and digital shopping options.
- Maintain sales floor standards and productivity while following company policies.
- Share feedback with management about customer needs, category opportunities, and business results.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Demonstrate planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the store; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
