• Sell commercial security, access control, video surveillance, fire, and automation solutions
• Develop new business across commercial verticals (medical, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, etc.)
• Conduct onsite assessments and build tailored proposals for business clients
• Prospect through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
• Present scopes of work and deliver professional solution recommendations
• Maintain a strong, organized pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Coordinate handoffs with estimators, PMs, and installation teams
• Support clients through onboarding and the first year of service
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and emerging technologies

• Experience in commercial sales: security, fire, low-voltage, SaaS, or service-based industries preferred
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Confident communication, presentation, and proposal delivery
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
• Excellent time management and CRM discipline
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
