SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – HOME DÉCOR & FURNITURE WHOLESALE

Garber Collection | Las Vegas

Garber Collection is a leading designer and wholesale supplier of wall décor, mirrors, furniture, and accessories to many of the top retailers and furniture companies across the U.S. and internationally.

We are expanding and looking for a high-level Account Manager with real industry experience and relationships who can manage key accounts, support growth, and work directly with ownership on major retail opportunities.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands furniture, home décor, or wholesale manufacturing and knows how retail buyers operate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Manage and grow major retail & wholesale accounts
  • Be main point of contact for buyers and key customers
  • Handle daily communication with large retailers and partners
  • Track orders from production through delivery
  • Coordinate with factories, logistics, and internal teams
  • Solve issues quickly (shipping, pricing, delays, damages)
  • Support ownership on strategic accounts and new opportunities
  • Help maximize each account and strengthen relationships
IDEAL BACKGROUND

IMPORTANT

  • Strong preference for candidates from: Furniture or home décor wholesale companies
  • Importers, manufacturers, or showrooms
  • Trade/contract furniture industry
  • Companies selling to major U.S. retailers

BIG PLUS if you already have relationships with: Furniture retailers
• Home décor chains
• Designers
• Hospitality groups
• Buying offices

WHAT WE NEED
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional with buyers and executives
  • Strong follow-through (nothing falls through cracks)

  • Able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Excel + systems comfortable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
COMPENSATION

$75,000 – $90,000 base (DOE)
Performance growth & long-term opportunity
Work directly with ownership on major accounts

LOCATION

Las Vegas – full time, in person
