As a Territory Executive, you will drive revenue growth and expand market share within a defined territory by building strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers. This role focuses on uncovering customer needs, delivering innovative solutions, and implementing strategic plans to optimize equipment workflows and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets within assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while growing share in existing accounts.
- Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively to influence customer decisions.
- Promote Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management framework to improve hospital workflows, reduce costs, and enhance patient experiences.
- Manage accounts effectively by prioritizing high-impact goals and opportunities.
- BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing.
- 5+ years of healthcare sales or related experience required.
- Experience in team-based selling environments preferred; prior service sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; ability to travel up to 50%.
