Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid position for an Outside Sales Specialist located in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting field visits, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and offering training to clients about products. The position also requires collaboration with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Field Service and Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Training
- Experience in Sales and developing client relationships
- Have existing customers to add to our Siena team
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and food industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client visits
