Role DescriptionThis is for an on-site position for a licensed Luxury Sales Advisor located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored real estate solutions. The position involves guiding clients through the buying and selling process, developing sales strategies to meet performance targets, and supporting clients in achieving their luxury real estate goals.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer service experience with a client-centered approach
- Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet performance goals
- Experience in providing training and guidance to clients, colleagues, or teams
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment; prior experience in real estate or luxury industries considered a plus
