Job Responsibilities
  • Market share:
    Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.
  • Sales quota:
    Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region.
  • Operational initiatives:
    Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards.
  • Sales meetings:
    Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
  • Staff development:
    Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 4–7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Required)
  • 2 Years people management responsibilities (Required)
  • 2 Years telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred)
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Coaching:

    Strong coaching skills with the ability to conduct difficult conversations, such as change management. (Required)
  • Presentations:
    Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one on one. (Required)
  • Business Sales:
    Proven track record of high yield business sales success. (Required)
  • Negotiation:
    Well‑hooned negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem solving. (Required)
  • Recruiting:
    Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes in order to attract and retain top sales talent. (Required)
  • Leadership:
    Proven leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. (Required)

Pay

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $126,600 - $228,300, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $88,620 - $159,810

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
