Responsibilities
  • Conduct in‑person marketing with prospective and current owners within resorts.
  • Schedule guests to meet a representative for a sales presentation.
  • Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
  • Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation, ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and minimum performance goals.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions, departmental meetings, and stay current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
  • Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually, and meet production standards on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred (not required).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and use of smart devices.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
    College Degree preferred.
