This is a 1099 commission-only independent position!

• Money – Unlimited earning potential through a commission-only independent sales representative opportunity. Earn competitive commissions for successful lead generation and closed sales, with performance-based income and growth opportunities.
• Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free.

Each day you will:

• Engage with homeowners & businesses to educate them about Shine’s services.
• Distribute flyers, door hangers, and promotional materials in target areas.
• Schedule free estimates for interested potential customers with company provided tools, or in some cases your personal handheld device (smartphone).
• Represent Shine’s values through a positive and professional attitude.
• Track canvassing activity and provide daily reports to the team.
• Be an ambassador for the Shine brand!

• You will generate, nurture, and close high-quality leads while building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
• You will visit neighborhoods and businesses, introducing potential customers to Shine.
• You’ll be an essential part of our local marketing team, helping to spread the word about Shine’s window cleaning, pressure washing, turf washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting services.
• You will engage potential customers in a fun and always positive, respectful manner answering any questions they may have.
• You will exude confidence and a willingness to always appear professional as you are their first exposure to Shine.
• You will track all data accurately and be certain to follow up with customers if needed and the Shine internal team.
• You will actively participate in all contests and strive to meet and/or exceed your goals set by the sales team.

• A great personality & people skills – You love talking to new people!
• Reliable & self-motivated – You take initiative and work well independently.
• Professional appearance – Shine-branded apparel will be provided.
• Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods – Canvassing is an active job!
• Comfortable using a mobile device – To track leads and schedule appointments.
• Previous sales or customer service experience (a plus, but not required).
