Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Commercial Sales Representative for a growing fuel and lubricants provider expanding into a new market. This is a field-based, onsite role located in the Las Vegas, NV.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is a high-impact, field-based sales position focused on driving new business and expanding commercial accounts within the Las Vegas market. The Commercial Sales Representative will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing and account growth. This is an opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to make a significant impact in a growth-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to build and grow commercial accounts
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through in-field sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity using CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership teams
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a strong track record of closing business
  • Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and in-field client engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This role offers a base salary of $100,000 plus a robust, uncapped commission structure based on gross profit.
