Manager, Field Marketing - Nevada

Summary

The Manager, Field Marketing localizes national brand programming for the Moët Hennessy portfolio in the Nevada market, acting as the area expert for spirits and champagne. This role liaises between Brand Teams and Commercial Sales to drive both sales and brand equity through high-impact local activations and strategic partnerships. The manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting and measuring ROI for local market initiatives while ensuring luxury execution.

• Identify and localize brand programming and market/account opportunities for assigned brands.
• Manage brand activations, local account opportunities, influencer and community partnerships and develop activity recaps.
• Manage A&P budget, assess ROI, identify gaps and make recommendations to market leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Brand Teams, Distributors and Commercial Sales for forecasting, allocations and visit planning.
• Lead local POSM management, luxury execution and communication of plans and market needs upstream and downstream.
• Prospect new business across channels and support market sales in recruitment and account development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of trade or field marketing experience in wines and spirits, CPG, or retail.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting and measuring ROI.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brand guidelines, customer expectations and market dynamics.
