Position: Relationship Banker- Spanish Preferred

Job Summary

This position engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM, while processing cash transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
Drive the client experience.
Manage cash responsibilities.

Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Six months of cash handling experience.
Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Shift & Hours

1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $24.00 – $26.27, based on experience, education, and skill set. Base rate only, no incentive.
