Account Executive

Drive growth for our AI-augmented consulting practice

As an Account Executive h, you own the full sales cycle for our Salesforce, Slack, and AI consulting engagements. You partner with prospects to understand their challenges, position our AI-augmented delivery model, and close meaningful, long-term partnerships with public sector and enterprise clients.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closed-won
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across public sector and enterprise accounts
• Lead discovery calls and translate client needs into tailored consulting proposals
• Partner with delivery leaders to scope Forward Deployed Agent engagements
• Negotiate commercial terms and master service agreements
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
• Represent apphero.tech at industry events and client meetings

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or professional services
• Track record of closing 6-figure deals
• Comfort selling technical solutions to both executive and operational buyers
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and written communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, AI-augmented environment
• Salesforce or Slack ecosystem experience is a strong plus
