Private Jet Charter Broker

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Jet Charter Broker based in Las Vegas, NV. The Private Jet Charter Broker will be responsible for managing client relationships, arranging and coordinating private jet charters while ensuring client satisfaction and upholding our brands recognition. Duties include negotiating prices, booking aircraft, handling logistics, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.

• MUST currently be working within the private aviation charter space.
• MUST be motivated to excel in a commission based sales environment.
• MUST have an incredible work ethic - "first to arrive and last to leave" type salesperson
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service skills
• Negotiation, booking, and logistical coordination skills
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and private jet services - Part 135 and Part 91
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field is a plus
