Job Title

Sales Executive Trainee NE (TS Exp.)

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive (Timeshare Experience), you will be responsible for creating meaningful moments for Owners, members, and guests. You will contribute to the organization’s success by using sales techniques to convert prospective owners into purchasers and by maintaining ongoing relationships to generate referrals and additional sales.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale to ensure continued owner satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
  • Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners and guests.
  • Discover the needs of prospective owners, customize sales presentations, and provide sales gallery tours.
  • Explain product features, financing options, and present ownership benefits.
  • Prepare daily appointments, tours, and follow‑up communications.
  • Address owner and customer questions regarding product information, servicing issues, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
  • Coordinate virtual tours and use Vacation Ownership Advisor.
  • Build and maintain a customer base, answer questions, provide pricing and marketing materials, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.
  • Assure accurate processing of sales documents, review contracts, loan applications, and financial documents.
  • Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
  • Complete the purchase summary worksheet after each sale.
  • Engage legacy and EOY owners to enroll, upgrade, and maximize reload opportunities.
  • Respond to and monitor resolution of customer and owner inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Leverage resources such as Vacation Ownership Advisors to provide service.
  • Manage time effectively to attend team meetings, training sessions, and client appointments.
  • Improve sales presentation through self‑critique and feedback from coaches and guests.
  • Maintain awareness of current events and site information to support relationship building.
  • Understand and abide by state and federal regulations related to sales and marketing.
Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum one‑year of timeshare sales experience within the last two years.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Active real estate license in good standing where required by law.

Work Requirements

Physical Ability

  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Work Schedules

  • Availability for fluctuating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
