About the RoleThe Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, relationship development, and strategic sales initiatives throughout the Las Vegas and gaming markets. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys building strong industry connections.
This position requires a consultative sales approach, strong networking abilities, and the confidence to lead client presentations, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities. Regular travel throughout the Las Vegas area for meetings, networking events, and client visits is expected.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the staffing sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers
- Execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals based on client needs
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Attend client meetings, networking functions, and industry events throughout the Las Vegas market
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sales performance updates to leadership
- 4+ years of successful sales and business development experience within staffing
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and generating consistent revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the staffing and gaming industries, including market trends and operational challenges
- Proven ability to develop new business and close high-value accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout the Las Vegas area
