- Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
- Proactively develop new business via email, cold call, networking, referrals on an ongoing basis
- Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business
- Create multi‑faced effective marketing plans based on each individual client’s needs
- Communicate effectively with other departments internally to ensure client needs are being met
- Achieve sales goals, attend internal meetings and training meetings (both in person and virtually)
- Always provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.
About You
Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win! Self‑motivation is essential and you approach this position as if you are the CEO of your own business.
- Proven success in selling media, event sponsor ships or digital platforms.
- Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio/tv.
- Self‑motivated, goal driven and creative.
- The ability to multi‑task.
- Bring a winning positive attitude to the team.
- Basic knowledge of: G‑suite products and Salesforce. Zoominfo is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance.
