We are seeking highly motivated Sr Sales professionals with expertise in engaging immunologists and gastroenterologists therapeutic areas. The role focuses on driving sales of innovative and high-value biotechnological drugs with a strong emphasis on rare and high-cost treatment markets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and rare disease specialists).
• Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively.
• Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts.
• Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes.
• Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong background in biotechnological drugs and pathologies requiring high-cost treatments.
• Demonstrated success in engaging specialists in immunology and gastroenterology.
• Proven ability to navigate public and private institutions effectively.
