Summary

The Part‑Time Client Advisor serves as an ambassador of the brand, delivering personalized and memorable service to clients at the Palazzo location. This role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, advising across product categories, and driving individual and team sales performance. The advisor uses in‑house clienteling tools to maintain client records and tailor the client experience.

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and meet performance targets
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge to advise clients across categories
• Provide a high level of personalized service and cultivate long‑term client relationships
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to maintain client records and follow up
• Collaborate with the sales team to support store operations and merchandising

• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience, luxury retail preferred
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales and client development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use clienteling tools effectively
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
