Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales of biometric passport services in Las Vegas, USA.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
• Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and expansion
• Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the biometric passport industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to travel for business purposes if required
• No English language skills required, as the target market is primarily Indian expats
• Open to Indian nationals currently living in Las Vegas or willing to relocate

$1,600 per month plus commission.
