Field Clinical Specialist – Medical Devices & Procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams in hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, supporting key cases where specialized knowledge of Medtronic products is critical.
• Serve as a trusted clinical expert in the field, building strong relationships with medical professionals.
• Most Clinical Specialist positions are field‑based and require comfort working in procedural settings, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient impact.

• High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
• Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
• A Bachelor’s degree

• OR/RT/MRI experience
• Cath Lab experience
• Clinical experience
• Medical Sales experience

• Salary range for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) positions: $45,000.00 – $.
• Base salary plus eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to earn additional incentive compensation.
